Move Everything Back Two Hours in Google Calendar
/calendar/community?hl=en
I use Google calendar to create job schedules for construction projects. When I have a delay for miscellaneous reasons, I'd like to be able to shift the entire schedule back, say 1 or 2 weeks. How can this be done? It is a major pain to move everything manually because I am scheduling things several months in advance, one week at a time, so it would just be so nice to move everything together the same amount of days.

Hi Matt,
Unfortunately, this is not currently supported by GCal. You can try the software GCalToolkit: https://www.gcaltoolkit.com, but please keep in mind it is not from Google, and not officially supported (although I have used it before, and it worked great for me).
There is a free version, but if you need to change a large amount of events, you might have to pay for this software.
I think though that bulk moving events is a good idea, and I would like it too! I encourage you to suggest the idea to Google so that it may be considered.
You can suggest the feature here:
- Go to your Google Calendar.
- Click on settings button
in the top right
- Click Send Feedback.
Thanks!
Anthony
